I am combining two weeks worth of meals in one entry.

Dinner -homemade flour tortillas, homemade spanish rice (homegrown green onions, preserved peppers) topped with organic cheese, black beans and cilantro

SUNDAY

Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Dinner – leftovers from Saturday

MONDAY

Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown snow peas, homegrown sorrel and homegrown potatoes with homegrown salad
Dinner – homegrown snow peas, local lemon, homegrown herb pasta with homegrown salad

TUESDAY

Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown snow peas, local lemon, homegrown herb pasta with homegrown salad
Dinner – homegrown baked tromboncino squash, homegrown peas, potatoes with homegrown herb butter

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast – homemade crepes with homegrown/preserved peaches
Dinner – homemade vegetarian lasagna (homegrown broccoli, celery and herbs)
Lunch – homemade vegetarian lasagna (homegrown broccoli, celery and herbs)

THURSDAY

Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homemade vegetarian lasagna (homegrown broccoli, celery and herbs)
Dinner – homemade vegetarian lasagna (homegrown broccoli, celery and herbs)

FRIDAY

Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown peas, homegrown broccoli with CA organic rice and homegrown salad
Dinner – homemade spaghetti sauce (homegrown canned tomatoes) with organic pasta and homegrown salad

    I was wondering how quarts you put up each. We put up about 100 quarts of applesauce last year (because we got organic apples for free!), but it was extremely time consuming.
