Dinner – locally bartered avocados on toast with homegrown salad
TUESDAY
Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown potatoes, cauliflower from the Freedom Gardens swap table, homegrown carrots, homegrown broccoli with organic CA grown rice
Dinner – homegrown, homemade kimchi sandwich with homegrown salad
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast – homemade, homegrown loquat cobbler
Dinner – homegrown potatoes and broccoli with homegrown salad
Lunch – homegrown kale, with locally bartered blood oranges, homegrown broccoli pasta and cheese
THURSDAY
Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown broccoli, carrot, potato, kale and green onion soup
Dinner – homemade pizza topped with homegrown, marinated peppers, homegrown-made tomato sauce, organic cheese and homegrown salad
FRIDAY
Breakfast – homemade skillet granola
Lunch – homegrown potatoes, cauliflower from the Freedom Gardens swap table, homegrown carrots, homegrown broccoli with organic CA grown rice
Dinner – homegrown pea pasts and homegrown salad
