WEEKLY MEAL WRAP UP

After being gone for four whole days last weekend, arriving back home we had a hankering for a huge bowl of salad.  Having eating nothing but carbohydrates and “square meals” (another word for “energy bars” which Justin has dubbed his “square meal for the day”)  our stomachs were a bit out of sorts.

Up at the festival they had tables of food for the filmmakers so we were able to take our pick of bagels, pizza, pasta, energy bars, nuts, chips, pastries, cookies and much much more.  Not stuff that we eat on a regular basis.  But it was food, free food.

It was good to get home and back to our homegrown diet of simple, homemade food. Our stomachs are now back to normal and have been enjoying some tasty meals!

Would you care to share your ketchup recipe? My kids are ketchup fiends and I’d love to find a delicious recipe.
