WEEKLY MEAL WRAP UP

Wow, it’s mid week already and 2009 is just hours away.  Not that I care about all the hoopla that goes over a flip in the calendar or a tick of the clock.  What is important that we have the urban homestead in order for another year of growth and learning.

Finally getting around to posting what we ate last week.  We are still enjoying tomatoes and our larder filled with homegrown canned goods.

After a brief cold snap, we are experiencing a winter heat wave.  The sunshine is welcome respite after the so many cold and rainy days.
