you are an inspiration.after been bed bound for 10 yrs i came off all my meds and decided to cure myself naturally.i came across http://www.NaturalNews.com and that also was an inspiration. i decided to go organic AND raw and although i am going through a healing crisis and detox i know i am going to be well. i had typed into google -solar ovens-and arrived at your website .i find it very refreshing and encouraging and am now impatient to get well again and start growing. my garden has always been a source of joy to me but now i want to plant to eat.organic in scotland is soooo expensive $4 for a small celery.we live on a farm we have the house but the land is poisoned by their pesticides. so we are going to get large second hand plastic sandpits organic soil and plant.BUT what can one plant now in scotland at temps below 8 degrees???????????? thank you maddiexx

Awesome! I love seeing pictures of the gardens and how things are set up. I’m new to the edible landscape idea and love to see how things are done. 🙂
