Nothing says “summer” like fried squash blossoms!
Though it hardly feels like summer (we’ve had to bring out the sweaters and put back the blankets on the beds) the summer veggies are still prolific and this week we enjoyed a summer delicacy – stuffed, fried squash blossoms.
Picked from the garden
Stuffed with herb goat cheese
Dipped in batter
and dried (on eco napkins that we have on hand for our events and subsequently composted)
