What is included: 6 folding tables, 30 chairs, access to a bathroom and kitchen. WIFI.

Live streaming is an additional fee.

No smoking on premises anytime. No loud music after 10pm.

Rates:

Daytime event hourly rate: $125

Evening event hourly rate: $175

(2 hour minimum) Additional hours we can offer a 4hr discount

Deposit in order to save the date 20% 

Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their booking 30 days before the event for a full refund. Canceling between 30 and 7 days results is a 50% refund. Cancelations 7 days before a scheduled event are nonrefundable. 

Covid Policy: This space will be cleaned and disinfected after every booking. Please do not attend if there are any Covid symptoms.
