Since we don’t have cable the folks at Engle Entertainment sent over the DVD episode
that ran a segment about our urban homestead…

:: Note :: a little clarification on the cooking part. The piece stated that we cooked most of our meals in the cob oven, when in fact, we also use our solar cooker and typical gas range to cook our meals…. Oh, one more thing… incase you are wondering, the shots of the roof were taken when the metal roof installation was taking place so the roof looks quite funny with wood grided battens.
