MAMMA MIA

Greece!

Talk about “mamma mia”

Our little homemade film short HOMEGROWN REVOLUTION will be shown at the 7th annual ECO FILM FESTIVAL in Rodos Greece in late June.

Farmer D said he would only go if he could drive there but of course that’s impossible – yeah, he’s got a good sense of humor!  Well, he could hitch a ride on a ship but that would take awhile.

Everybody is saying this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and that he should go.  OK, Ok, he’s thinking about it now.

While on in Greece, Farmer D would love to meet up with Greek Freedom Gardeners ( I think there are 4 of you!) perhaps give a little workshop on urban homesteading or growing food.

Not only that but since Rodos is sooo close to Israel he may even consider hopping over there for a few days if there are people there who are willing to make the trip worth his while.   I think there’s a dozen or so Israeli Freedom Gardeners so that would be a nice little gathering.

Problem is a place to stay and setting up a gathering or workshop.

So if you or anybody you know has an spare room or place to stay in Greece,  Israel and would like to have Farmer D give one of his very inspiring workshop than please contact us.

If you’re taking votes from readers, I vote that Farmer D. go to Greece/Israel and enjoy! enjoy! enjoy! The cultural value for him would be amazing; not to mention the stories he would bring back for your readers and fellow gardeners. You guys just get more and more awesome!!!!
