One person alone cannot bring light to all the world, but if every person brought light to their own corner then the world would be filled with light. ~ Gandhi ~

No matter how much debate and controversy there is over Peak Oil, Global Warming… or the “End of the World” does it really matter about numbers or predictions?  While we should be concerned over these prophesies, the debates and technicalities (how, when, etc) are mearly speculation and shouldn’t paralyze us. We all know that the earth and the human race is endangered so it’s up to us to do the best we can (in whatever circumstance) to change how we live, work and play. Some will change by choice and others be forced into change by circumstances Living Generously

I agree. We should be guided not by the pragmatic circumstances or predictions of the moment (which are often fallible) but rather by the principle of consciously being good stewards of the Creation.

At 6 billion people I wouldn’t exactly call the human race “endangered,” but point taken.

Thanks for your comments Jeff and Jody.
I agree, we are here to be stewards and if we all just worked to accomplish this immense task, then we wouldn’t have to be meddling in things that aren’t our business.

Jody, I used that word “endangered” rather loosely. 😉 I think our health (physically, emotionally & spiritually), environs and our modern life is endangered and all these aspects endanger our well being and future on this planet.
