December 7, 2010 at 10:39 amI told you that you were a celebrity–sort of like Green Acres but with real dirt and real farm work, right?

December 7, 2010 at 5:25 pmOMG…this is GREAT news!!! I wish I was still living in SoCal so I could watch it. I’ll tell my mom about it…she’ll watch it!!! Maybe it’ll come to our local PBS station here in Southern Oregon sometime. There’s lots of people interested in this…and maybe it’ll give some inspiration for what can be done in backyardes here too 🙂 🙂 Extra hugs and love from Oregon, Heather 🙂

December 7, 2010 at 11:31 pmLove this! I’ve set my TiVo and I can’t wait to see you guys on TV again! I’ve been a little out of the urban homesteading game this year because of the baby and because my husband demanded a lawn, but I’m already working on reclaiming some growing areas and/or planting more perennials. Thanks as always for the inspiration!

December 10, 2010 at 11:26 pmGreetings from Michigan,
First, I have to say that I seriously admire your family and all the effort you’ve put fourth to make our world a better place. I had a chance to watch the show online and it was great. Val and her crew captured the essence of who you all are and the importance of “The Urban Homestead” movement you have led. Looking forward to more features spotlighting you guys.
Happy Gardening!
