Jumpin’ grasshoppers!!!! I’ve really been knocked off my regular (somewhat) daily posting schedule. These last two week have been insanely busy, not only on the urban homestead (and front porch farm stand) but we are also having fun participating in community events (will post details and pic about that later on).
The more we do, it seems the less time I have to write about the happenings. In fact, as I write this, I am plum tuckered out and can’t for the life of me think of what to write. I mean, it’s all there but all jumbled together, you know.
This week isn’t shaping up to be any easier – workload and outreach wise (check out our updated Calendar). After a somewhat quiet summer, there are lots of requests and emails to answer. A brown paper bag would be swell right about now, that or a hunkin’ chunk of chocolate.
C’est la vie, right?
Instead of writing down the mumbo jumbo that’s floating through my brain right about now, I am going to let the simplicity of nature just speak for herself.
Justin snapped this here beauty way up in the air. A female praying mantis out searching for a place to lay her eggs.
