Instructors Anais and Jordanne (with over a decade of canning experience under their belt…. er.. apron) will teach you the canning basics using the simple water bath method.

In the 3 hour hands-on workshop, you will learn three different ways of preserving and take home three jars:

1. seasonal jam 2. fruit in syrup or sauce 3. dilly (pickled) beans
