MONDAY

L – homegrown avocado and tomato sandwich
D – sun cooked organic long grain rice with squash soup (homegrown tromboncino squash) – soup was “pureed” in handcranked blender
TUESDAY
B – homemade granola
L – steamed homegrown tromboncino squash with homegrown chive butter and homegrown lemon cucumber salad
D – pizza topped with homegrown tromboncino squash, tomatoes, peppers, chives and basil
WEDNESDAY
B – homemade granola
L – homemade w.w. tortilla, black beans topped with homemade pomegranate guacamole (made with homegrown avocado, pomegranate and green onions)
D – w.w. pasta with homegrown eggplant, peppers, basil and tomatoes served with homegrown salad topped with homegrown pomegranates

my little summer vegetable supply is closing itself down with autumn, a few treats left, two aubergine from the greenhouse today with some runner beans. hopefullly some winter veg, parsnips, leeks and sprouts still to come.
