D – homemade w.w. flour tortillas with homemade spanish rice (organic rice, homegrown tomatoes, peppers, green onions, cilantro and spices) with organic black beans topped with organic, raw cheese

Sunday

B – homemade granola topped with homegrown pomegranates

L – leftovers from Saturday dinner

D – organic mac and cheese with homegrown raw broccoli, tomatoes, peppers with homegrown salad topped with homegrown pomegranate seeds

Monday

B – homemade granola topped with homegrown pomegranates

L – lightly steamed homegrown lima beans (with a bit of butter) with homegrown salad topped with homegrown pomegranate seeds

Tuesday
