HELP WANTED

This whole year we’ve been saying that the PTF outreach and work is growing, thanks to your support (especially during these hard times) we are reaching and inspiring more and more people to travel a more sustainable path.

We’ve gotten to the point where we are growing by leaps and bounds and we are going to need some extra field hands along the way.

LENDING A HAND

Here’s a list of (some) of the projects that we need help with to be completed by the end of the year

Non profit: need someone who knows how to fill out the necessary forms to set up a 501 organization
Content: freelance writer to contribute/write content for Freedom Gardens, Urban Homesteading, Backyard Farm Animals and more
Newsletters: with new sites, need someone to operate the e-newsletters which will inform members what’s going on
Bloggers: online contributors who’d like to share tips, tidbits and techniques on Freedom Gardens, Urban Homesteading & Backyard Farm Animals
Volunteers: would you like to help out at PTF public events by getting the word out, setting up, etc we are looking for a few committed men and women.

If you like the path that we are going and would like to be a part of a growing movement, then contact us.  We could use folks who are passionate for a purpose.

Imagine what a group of thoughtful, committed people could do?

Contact us at info(at)pathtofreedom(dot)com and tell us what you can or would like to do for us.

I can help you with filing out paperwork. I’ve done it for three organizations now. It should still be reviewed by a lawyer right before you send it in, but that’s not difficult, as most chambers of commerce have a small business assistance program that will give you a free one hour consultation, in exchange for being allowed to tell you all the dozens of other things you should pay them for. 😉

Let me know if you’d like to do it together.

    Anais,
I hope you all know that you are free to contact me with a request for blogging or writing at any time. If I have any time constraints that will prevent me from meeting your needs I will let you know right away before committing to anything. I’d be happy to lend a hand/pen in any way I can. I believe Jordanne knows how to reach me, or you can always ping “CornerGardener” at Freedom Gardens of course.

Hi Anais! What a timely and inspired post!(As all your family posts are!!!!)I have been thinking for some while now that I would like to contribute a regular written work(say 1 per month, poss 2) on how my PTF outpost this side of the pond actions some of the wonderful info posted on the journal pages.I am fully aware of the time restraints that take up a great deal of my life but a little re-organization would work wonders and is needed by myself anyhow!
Through the inspired effect PTf has had on my life,I have inspired others(mainly Sons and Daughters ) to dig up their lawns!Even my dear Sis,whom you know has challenging health issues, has started her own small veggie garden(into which,I am not allowed!)
Please let me know what you ‘guys n gals’ think about my proposal.Whilst we have a differing weather pattern in the UK(rain, rain and more rain!)I am sure my exploits would be of some interest to PTF readers.
Many many Blessings to all of you

Boy, I would love to help. Unfortuantely, with my work schedule, the family and my garden addiction, er… hobby including writing for my own blog, I do not know what I would have time for. However, you know how much I love what you’ve done and are doing here and at Freedomgardens.org, so if I think of anything I will let you know.

    Thanks for all you do!
