    Anais, good luck with you work shop. Wish I lived closer to be able to attend. It would be well worth the fee to learn how to preserve the vegetables grown in the garden.

        I must have missed it. I will have to keep up with your posts more closely. We have a pressure canner now for canning vegetables we get from the local farm or grow this summer. There is a lot I can learn around here.
