“Through the dancing poppies stole A breeze most softly lulling to my soul.”
~ John Keats
It’s been a few weeks since I ended the week with an “end quote.” I know many of you enjoyed this ode to the end of week …. this one’s to May flowers. Enjoy!
Hope y’all have a wonderful weekend.

May 11, 2012 at 6:27 pmAnais, I really need to have more flowers in my gardens. I am so focused on vegetables that I forget to add beauty. I am always thinking functional. I am planting some Rugosa Rose bushes for a hedge at the new Terra Nova Gardens. Does that count as flowers? :0) I don’t know how you have time to post almost daily. I have trouble just getting to my blog once a week. Thanks for always taking the time to update us about what’s been happening at the Urban Homestead.
Have a great California garden day.
