L – homegrown eggplant patty made with second hand bread (saved from one of our clients) home raised eggs, raw milk with homegrown mixed green salad
D – homegrown tomato salad with eggplant pasta dish made with homegrown eggplant, basil, parmesan cheese and w.w. organic pasta
Tuesday
B – homemade granola
L – homemade eggplant parmesan made with homegrown eggplant, homemade tomato sauce (made with homegrown tomatoes, green onions, basil and herbs and “second hand” bread)
D – homegrown tomato sandwich with raw cheese and eggplant parmesan leftovers
Wednesday (filming day)
B – homemade granola
L – homegrown eggplant patties made with “second hand bread” and home raised eggs and raw milk
D – eggplant pasta made with homegrown eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, basil, w.w pasta and parmesan cheese
Thursday ( Feast of Booths)
B – buckwheat pancakes made with home raised eggs and raw milk
D – homemade vegetable lasagna (made with homemade tomato sauce) and cheese, served with homegrown mixed green salad topped with homegrown pomegranate seeds and dried organic cranberries
Friday
B – homemade granola
L – organic rice served with homegrown green beans, peppers and squash
D – leftover homemade vegetable lasagna with mixed green salad topped with homegrown pomegranate seeds
