Oh my goodness, I love avocados! Actually I just posted on my blog because I was able to get 2 avocado seeds to sprout — now I have to figure out what to do with them LOL

Those homegrown avocado sandwich (organic sprouted bread) with raw cheese look so delicious! Maybe you can tell me how you made them?

Thanks for the positive comments. Congrats on your new sprout babies!

Our family just love’s avocados. The sandwich is simple.

    1. mash the avocados add fresh lemon juice, chopped cilantro, a bit of sea salt.

    2. smother avocado mixture over bread.

    3. topped with grated raw cheese, melt in broiler.

    4. in summer add fresh slice of tomato
