Each participant will take home a recipe and 1 quart of soup.
Anais is a country girl at heart and throwback to another era. She’s an apron-wearing barefootin’ dynamo who never shrinks from a challenge. She’s passionate about food and has always loved to cook and bake. Over the years she has honed her kitchen skills to the point where she can prepare food with maximum efficiency. Feed 40 people? – no problem! She enjoys gardening and cooking from scratch – developing tasty farm to table soups and dishes from the homestead kitchen.
Audrey is passionate about cooking, health-focused food and nutrition, and enjoys sharing her passion for healthy, delicious food and vibrant nutrition. She is studying to be Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and believes that healing and health all start in the kitchen. She loves creating the kind of food she makes in her own kitchen: healthy, alive, and healing.
The grounds remains CLOSED to the public during workshops and events. Sorry, we do not allow walking around any part of the yard or garden.
