Chowing down – YUM!
In our herb garden JC spotted a beautiful caterpillar happily munching on the angelica. Each day it continues to grow larger and larger. I am hoping it will not disappear or be eaten by a bird and eventually survive to morph into a cocoon and then perhaps a butterfly?!
The guys brewed 14 more gallons of biodiesel yesterday afternoon. They are getting really good at the whole process.
The weather is hot today – having to shade some of the more delicate plants. Not a good sign!
On Sunday April 18th (2 – 6PM) we invite you to come down to PTF’s homestead for some food, fun and fellowship. Please bring seeds to swap, healthful food and drink to contribute to the potluck. Space is limited so please RSVP. Hope to see you then! (more info call 626.795.8400)
