HOMEGROWN 'TATERS

JC harvested a few of the tubs of potatoes and what a wonderful surprise and blessing! Certainly an improvement over the last two years of pathetic looking handful of tubers.

I think we finally got the hang of when to plant them. We were always waiting till Spring to plant the tubers, but in SoCal it’s best to plant the tubers in Fall. Which we did with better results!  Over 7 lbs so far.
