Smoky sunrise. A scary sight for So Cal and the entire Golden state for that fact. We are having what some folks are calling a "summer-winter"

Global Weirding

While most of the country is dealing with a extreme cold we, on the other hand, are extremely hot, dry 90 degree temps and no rain in sight.  It's looking really bad, third winter without significant rainfall, the mountains are dry as a tinderbox and have already started to burn. Driest winter on record (less then 3"/normal is about 15") and we have less than 3 months left in the rainy season.

Pray for rain folks!
