With a have a huge elderberry bush in the corner of the property, every summer I always enjoy making preserves & syrups.
The bush and berries are steeped in folklore and offer many a remedy for a slew of ailments.

TOMATO TOWERS

Tomatoes are the king of the garden come summer. In just a few weeks they can tower over their counterparts, creating a jungle right in the middle of the city!

RIBBET!

Lookie what we spotted in the garden. Never, in our 25 years, seen the likes of a frog, er toad, here before. It’s certainly a long way from the stream in the Arroyo Seco.
