Dinner - homegrown winter squash topped with homegrown pomegranates with homegrown salad greens topped with homegrown pomegranates

TUESDAY

Breakfast - homemade skillet granola
Lunch - homegrown vegetable soup - green beans, squash, tomatoes, greens
Dinner - homegrown vegetable soup - green beans, squash, tomatoes, greens

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast - homemade skillet granola
Lunch - homegrown salad topped with homegrown pomegranates, homegrown tomato and cheese sandwich

THURSDAY

Breakfast - homemade skillet granola
Lunch - homegrown vegetable soup - green beans, squash, tomatoes, greens
Dinner - homemade, homegrown herb pizza crust topped with homegrown tomatoes, red peppers and roasted eggplant, basil and mozzarella cheese

FRIDAY

Breakfast - homemade skillet granola
Dinner - homemade tomato sauce (homegrown garlic, celery, onions, peppers and tomatoes) with pasta and parmesan cheese

  2. Looks yummy! I am finding soups are making their way more and more onto the menu now that the cool weather has arrived. We enjoyed a batch of our favorite squash and bean soup last weekend and it was just what the doctor ordered for a cold and damp fall. Here's a link to the recipe if you are interested.
