I got my solar cooker done and am using it for the first time today! I have quinoa and lentils in it. I have had a couple of times where I had to run out and reinforce the reflector, because of the wind, but it is working just fine so far. I hope to have the quinoa and lentils for lunch and then put potatoes in it for supper. Thanks for the inspiration!

Ginny: Congrats on your solar oven. YUM sounds scrumptous! You are going to have lots of fun using the solar oven (believe me!) Using the sun to cook meals is a wonderful liberating feeling. You'll also find that food tastes better. Keep us posted on our solar cooking project.
