WRAP UP
Edible purple podded pea
"Can we rely on it that a ‘turning around' will be accomplished by enough people quickly enough to save the modern world? This question is often asked, but whatever answer is given to it will mislead. The answer "yes" would lead to complacency; the answer "no" to despair. It is desirable to leave these perplexities behind us and get down to work." E.F. Schumacher, Small is Beautiful
Oh well, I didn't get around to posting everything that happened this week. I haven't forgotten those Victory Garden-100 Foot Diet participants who posted their latest growings ons. I should hopefully have the '100 Foot Highlight' post ready on Sunday. If you haven't already updated us on your latest meals and plantings don't forget to do so!
See you back on Sunday!

Great quote, beautiful image. Thanks for both.
Well, the percentage of locally grown in our meals this week (pictures on my blog) was much larger than last time--but still tiny compared to all y'all do! Your family is quite an inspiration.
Hello Kate!
I see that you got your Solar Oven - thanks for your order. Love the picture of it ontop of a barrel with wheels. Pretty nifty!
Keep up posted on our solar meal project.
Cheers,
Anais
