How to get in contact with the Urban Homestead

Hello! Thanks for visiting our website and for your interest in the Urban Homestead project. One of our favorite things about having a website is hearing from other people. We welcome your messages and are grateful for your communication and feedback.
We read all e-mail messages, but please understand it is impossible for us to answer all correspondence immediately. We want to sit and correspond with each of you and forge long-lasting connections but that would leave absolutely no time in the day for us. There are seedlings to plant, food to harvest, pests to vanquish and animals to feed -- because quite simply, these animals will perish -- PERISH!! -- if we don't feed them right on time to the second.
If you have a specific question, to make it easier for you (and us!), we have created areas on this site to help direct you to an answer. If you cannot find the answer in the FAQs, then please use the following directory to filter your request for both our benefits. If you want to keep up to date with what's going on in this crazy life of ours, apart from reading our Little Homestead in the City blog on this website, you can sign up for our e-newsletter and get all the latest news and the Urban Homestead "dirt" straight to your e-mail inbox. We're also around on the web, so check out our pages to connect with us through other social medias.

Please understand and respect that The Urban Homestead project is our family home and private residence. Although we want to inspire others by being an example, the popularity of this unique city farm and the increasing demands on our time has made us unable to give personal tours of the property or allow any walk throughs of the yard.
However, you are more than welcome to drop by the "Front Porch Farm Stand" that is OPEN to the PUBLIC Sundays to Fridays (Hours are 9 am - 6 pm; CLOSED on Saturdays).
Location Facts
The Urban Homestead project is located in Pasadena, 30 minutes north of Los Angeles, and near the Rose Bowl, Downtown Pasadena, Memorial Park Gold Line Station, and the 210, 110, and 134 freeways.
